This was a bit of a mission of a meal/snack… We got back home after ~10 days in Salmon Arm and Silverstar late on the 30th. Pin ItKeep Reading... →Ah, post training snacks. You can grab an engineered sports product, but it is obviously recommended to eat real food. You know, the non processed stuff… makes sense, right? Rutabaga is an interesting vegetable that is currently in season. It is a good source of fiber, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Vitamin C & Potassium. Yams don’t need an introduction, they are my favorite way to fuel up! Post training, you should aim to get in a snack/meal as soon as you can. It obviously gets more complex than this

Despite the fact that we only moved within a kilometer radius, it was a pretty tough move as we moved out of a 4 bedroom house, where my office was as well, into a 1 bedroom suit. I’ve realized you can accumulate a lot of stuff that you don’t really need, for no good reason! I think the hardest part of this move was separating our home and my office. Its nice to be able to walk to my office (its 300m away from home),
